Peerasanti is a partner at Mediums. He focuses his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions (both private and public M&As), corporate and project financing, and real estate-related project development and transactions. He has represented both local and international clients in numerous domestic and award-winning cross-border transactions, including some of the world's largest private equity funds in real estate development. In addition to the real estate industry, Peerasanti is well-versed and has led transactions in multiple sectors, including energy, financial institutions, consumer goods and services, transportation, manufacturing, and logistics. In addition, his hands-on experience working with global private equity funds and his professional familiarity with a few licensed trustees in Thailand make Peerasanti an expert in all key aspects of Thai law-governed private equity trusts. He is highly capable of devising investment structures that align with both local requirements and internationally preferred practices.

Representing a real-estate investment arm of one of the largest private equity funds in the world and its local affiliates in the sale to a real estate-focused private equity trust of 100% of their equity and debt investments in the owner of a fully renovated office and retail building for a total value of approximately USD 200 million.
Representing a Thai publicly listed company, who is a full-service provider in the marine transport industry and one of the largest fully integrated business operators in oil tanker and oil and petroleum storages in Thailand, in its acquisition from a subsidiary of the largest oil refinery in Thailand of all equity interests in the seller’s marine transport operating arms for a total value of approximately USD 39.9 million.
Representing a Thai publicly listed company prominent for its substantial market share in solar power-related businesses in Thailand in: (i) the Singapore law-governed sale of its 49% equity interests in its special purpose vehicle, owning solar power plants with approximately 100 Megawatts of aggregate contractual capacity for the sales of electricity to several renowned offtakers across Thailand, to an investment entity sponsored by one of the largest global asset management firms in the world for a total value of up to approx. USD 24 million; and (ii) its joint venture arrangement with the buyer for their further co-management of the SPV.
Representing a leading real estate developer listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in the rare sale of their “during-construction” residential condominium projects located in Bangkok’s prime area for a total value of approximately USD 37 million.
Representing one of the most renowned SET-listed real estate developers in Thailand in its divestiture, through a combination of both share-sale and assets-sale transactions, of its operating hotels in Koh Samui, Thailand for a total value of approximately USD 31 million.
Representing Thai affiliates of one of the largest US private equity funds/alternative asset managers serving many of the world’s most prominent investors in: (i) the approximately USD 20 million-worth acquisition of a hotel in a tourist destination of Thailand from a Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)-listed company for the approximately USD 50 million-worth further construction and development as a new hotel; and (ii) the approximately USD 40 to 50 million-worth acquisition of operating real-estate assets located in Bangkok, Thailand through public biddings administered by the Legal Execution Department, the Ministry of Justice of Thailand.
Representing a close-ended, real estate-focused private equity trust in a complex and strategic acquisition of operating rights and assets related to two distinct 5-star and 3-star hotel properties located in Bangkok’s central business district for a total value of greater than USD 70 million, involving assets on land leased from a government authority which served as a significant factor given the rarity of transfers of mid-term leasehold rights in Thailand (especially when leasing from government authorities).
Representing and advising local, real estate-focused asset management firms in and with respect to the establishment of two private equity trusts under the Trust for Transactions in Capital Market Act of Thailand (i.e., the main regulation governing private equity trusts in Thailand). The two trusts were the first two real estate-focused, close-ended private equity trusts managed by these firms, with an aggregate committed investment value from multi-tranche investors of greater than USD 200 million.
Representing a Thailand-based private equity trust, with rapidly increasing asset under management including major unfinished real-estate projects in Bangkok, Thailand and its surrounding areas, in its complex, sponsor-level joint venture arrangement with and convertible financing extension to a rising-star real estate developer listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) for a total value of approximately USD 20 million, with respect to the development and operation of a mixed-use, award-winning project consisting of 3 building-scaled residential condominium, retail and hotel projects combined with the approximated project value of over USD 330 million.
Advising a real estate-focused private equity investment trust managed a prominent Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)-listed fund and asset management, with one of the largest asset under management (AUM) value in Thailand, on a potential asset acquisition of the operating rights and assets of a renowned hotel in the southern region of Thailand.
Representing a U.S.-based California state bank in its extension of loans to an affiliate of a U.S.-headquartered asset management firm for the borrower’s acquisition of all equity interests in a Thailand-based manufacturer of garments, clothing accessories and household textiles in Thailand, for an aggregate facility value of approximately USD 25 million.
Representing one of the major shareholders of a prominent power producer publicly listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in a securities financing transaction (substantially similar to a repo transaction) extended by a financial services corporation located in a major city in Europe for an aggregate value of approx. USD 7 million.
Representing the branch in South Korea of a globally renowned commercial bank as its Thai lender legal advisor in its extension of a working capital facility in an aggregate facility value of approximately USD 15 million to a Thai-registered subsidiary of one of the leading suppliers of electronic devices and appliances in South Korea.
Representing the Singaporean branch of a leading Malaysia-headquartered commercial bank in its loan extension in an aggregate facility value of USD 15 million to a Thai publicly listed company who is a key player in Thailand’s consumer lending market, for refinancing and working capital purposes.
Representing a Thai affiliate of a rising-star Singapore-headquartered boutique real estate investment firm, with investments and developments in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Southeast Asian region (including Thailand and Singapore), in its financing arrangement extended to several local real estate developers in an aggregate facility value of greater than USD 20 million.
Representing a Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)-listed real estate developer with market capitalization of approx. USD 150 million, who develops many residential condominium and housing projects in Bangkok's prime areas, in its USD 30 million-worth multiple-tranches secured loan arrangement extended by a syndicate of subsidiaries of a Thai publicly listed company focusing on consultancy and advisory businesses who wanted to diversify their capital investments, for the construction and development of a luxury leasehold condominium project in Bangkok's most popular area targeted to serve as one of the most luxury branded residences projects in Thailand.
