Sunantha is an associate at Mediums, actively engaged in the firm's dispute resolution and litigation practice. She has experience advising and representing both local and international clients in various types of complex commercial disputes, corporate litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (including arbitration and mediation). Her expertise also encompasses construction disputes, employment protection, and employment disputes. Sunantha’s experience spans multiple industries, including energy, automotive, food & beverage, and financial services.

Notable Experience from Previous Firm

  • Representing several groups of investors in litigation against the relevant issuers of debt securities, with a total disputed amount of THB 350 million (approximately USD 10.7 million). 

  • Representing one of the largest electronics companies in Thailand in a dealership dispute, with a disputed amount worth millions of Thai Baht.  

  • Representing one of the largest manufacturers of automotive parts in Thailand in a bankruptcy dispute matter and rehabilitation proceedings.  

  • Representing a leading residential property developer in a construction contract dispute with a total disputed amount of THB 732 million (approximately USD 22.5 million). 

  • Representing an EPC contractor in arbitration conducted at the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) over a construction contract dispute with a total disputed amount of THB 150 million (approximately USD 4.6 million). 

  • Representing one of the largest truck dealer companies against a truck distributor in Thailand in arbitration conducted at the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), with a total disputed amount of THB 150 million (USD 4.6 million). 

  • Representing and defending major technology and product companies in litigation against the plaintiff’s claim regarding trademark and copyright infringement at Thailand’s Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. 

  • Representing victims and co-prosecuting with public prosecutors in premeditated murder cases in which certain presented appeals and arguments were adopted and followed by the Supreme Court as guidelines for the Supreme Court's subsequent corresponding criminal cases. 

  • Representing a high-net-worth individual client in commercial litigation with a total disputed amount of THB 100 million (approximately USD 3 million). 

  • Assisting a number of clients in enforcement of their final judicial judgments, including assets recovery and appropriation. 

  • Assisting in various cases key government authorities, including the Land Department, officials of the Legal Execution Department, the Department of Business Development, and Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited.
